Le combattant français de MMA, Benoît Saint-Denis est arrivé ce jeudi matin à La Réunion.
"On s’est fiancé avec ma femme ici il y a 5 ans donc c’est la deuxième fois pour moi que je viens sur l’île de La Réunion. J’avais eu l’occasion de rencontrer Gaël à cette occasion, on a tous les deux continué notre carrière et lui a développé le MMA sur l’île. Je suis content de revenir avec la législation du MMA et le développement exponentiel de la pratique !" s’est exprimé le combattant à son arrivée à l’aéroport ce jeudi matin.
Benoît Saint-Denis est présent pour animer un stage organisé par l’association Coq Batay. Il va pouvoir aller à la rencontre des Réunionnais et partager son expérience.
Les stages ont lieu le 8 et 9 juin prochain. Techniques de MMA avancées et stratégies mentales des champions sont au programme.
